AI assistant for your website

An AI consultant for your website and Telegram
QDarta answers questions about your products and services, clarifies what the customer needs and hands your team the request with a contact.
Prices, services, lead times, how to book. Your team writes the same answers over and over instead of working with customers.
Someone asks in the evening or at the weekend and sees the answer next morning — by then they have written to someone else.
Your manager starts by asking back: what exactly, for when, and how to get in touch. Two or three exchanges instead of one call.
The bot does not invent an answer it does not have: it says it will check, and passes the question to you together with the customer’s contact.

Need both channels? Message us and we will set them up together.
What is written on this page is what you pay. No surcharge per "qualified lead", no metering of every bot reply.
First we build it on your products and show it running. You pay once you are convinced.
Conversation logic and the knowledge base change as often as needed — no surcharge for every small edit.
Not a fit? Simply do not renew next month. Nothing to sign up front.
You describe your products or services and give examples of typical customer questions. About 30–40 minutes.
We prepare the knowledge base and conversation logic around your sales process.
You walk through the dialogues yourself and tell us what to fix. We iterate until it matches your logic.
We put the widget on your site or open the bot. Leads go to Telegram and into your CRM.
$25 a month — that is the price of 1,000 conversations, not an entry tier with things added on top. A conversation is one visitor within 24 hours, however many messages it takes: "hi → how much → and delivery?" is one conversation, not three. As you get close to that limit we write to you in advance. The bot does not switch off mid-month and never charges you on its own.
Not "our own AI". We run through OpenRouter, so underneath are models from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepSeek. Which one your bot uses is written in the panel, and it can be swapped without rewriting the script: faster and cheaper for a stream of simple questions, stronger for hard sales.
It does not improvise: the customer hears "let me check and come back", while the question lands in your panel under "Unanswered" and arrives in your Telegram. You write the correct answer once, and the bot uses it from then on. Unanswered questions show up as a list, not as lost customers a month later.
An FAQ bot answers questions. This one runs a conversation in stages: find the job to be done → show the value → handle the objection → agree a concrete next step. It scores every conversation from 0 to 100 for readiness and, once it crosses your threshold, hands the chat to a human — with the full transcript and the collected fields. The threshold, the stages and the handover line are yours to set.
To your manager’s Telegram and into your CRM: the lead goes there automatically, and we wire that up at launch (an e-mail alert is set up from there too). The panel keeps a delivery log: for every lead you can see whether it arrived, and where.
Nothing. The bot re-reads your CSV or XML price feed on your own schedule, from 10 minutes up; the site catalogue syncs separately, and the remaining pages on the schedule you set in the panel. Prices change on your side and the bot knows the new ones. No e-mail to us, no two-day wait.
Nothing changes: every conversation is handled separately, there is no queue. This is exactly where a bot beats a salesperson — at peak hours and overnight nobody waits and nobody leaves for a competitor.
The data is yours. Script, knowledge base and settings export from the panel in one file — you take them with you. We do not train models on your conversations. There are no annual contracts: if it is not a fit you simply do not renew, and we erase the knowledge base and conversation history on request within 30 days.
When the answer is not in your knowledge base, the customer hears "let me check", and the question lands in your panel and your Telegram the same second.
The bot may give only the addresses that exist in your knowledge base. Anything else is removed from the reply before the customer sees it.
If the message to your manager did not go through, the bot says so: contact saved, delivery unconfirmed. The lead is already in the panel either way.
It answers in the language the customer writes in and in that market's currency. Every reply is checked on both counts before it is sent.
Script, knowledge base and settings export from the panel as they are. Leaving us means leaving with everything we built.
Conversations with your customers do not go into training. They exist only so the bot can answer and build the lead.
The panel asks for a second confirmation step at sign-in, and beside it sits the log: who changed which setting, when, and from what device.
You set the domain list. Your bot will not open from someone else's site.
