Privacy Policy

Who collects the data
The qdarta.com website and the QDarta service. Questions about this policy — hello@qdarta.com.
What we receive
Request form: your name and the one contact you choose to give — phone, Telegram or e-mail. Nothing beyond that is required.
Stored alongside the request: page language, submission time and IP address. The IP is used for exactly one thing — rate-limiting automated spam on the form.
The «Try it yourself» chat is a real bot, not a recording. The text of your messages reaches our panel. Do not type anything there you would not want us to see.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads receive anonymised visit data — referral source, device type, which sections you opened.
Why
The request — to contact you and reply. Contacts are used for nothing else; we run no mailing lists.
Analytics — to understand which pages and ads work. These reports do not identify you personally.
Who we share it with
The request goes to a QDarta manager on Telegram. Nobody else: we do not sell or pass contacts to third parties.
Technical providers the site cannot run without: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Telegram. Each processes data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Requests — for the duration of our conversation and 12 months after. Demo transcripts — up to 90 days. Analytics data — per Google retention, up to 14 months.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion. Write to hello@qdarta.com — we act within 30 days.
You can switch analytics off on your side: an ad blocker, or the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your chosen language lives in your browser localStorage and is never sent anywhere. Cookies are set by Google Analytics and Google Ads — to count visits and conversions.
